Health Center Controlled Network

NMPCA operates the New Mexico Health Center Controlled Network. This is a HRSA-funded program composed of 18 Health Centers. NMHCCN services include data analytics, data management and reporting, training on Electronic Health Record configuration, user training and workflow development. NMHCCN members create and use data analytics tools to support patient engagement, exceed quality of care standards, achieve meaningful use of Health Information Technology, and support patient centered medical home certification.

NMHCCN services include design, planning, contracting, implementation and delivery of EHR systems and other applications from multiple vendors supporting different provider groups. Member organizations have local support for integrated HIT solutions. Medical, behavioral health and Dental treatment services are coordinated across platforms to support clinicians in providing patients centered care. Our trainers and analytics staff support primary and preventive medical care, dental programs, substance use disorder treatment, pharmacy services and the many administrative compliance requirements of our members.
