  • Provides technical assistance with reporting on the UDS clinical measures
  • Provides technical assistance for an organization’s  accreditation process
  • Processes and analyzes Patient Satisfaction Surveys, biannually
  • Represents the health center members at statewide and federal meetings, dealing with health, safety/risk management and disease prevention
  • Convenes quarterly dental and medical quality improvement meetings
  • Brings information from  various meetings & resources to our members
  • Provides clinical and quality training for health center staff
  • Provides an opportunity for health center staff to share best practices
