The Human Resource group is comprised of HR Directors and CEOs from New Mexico's Community Health Centers.  The purpurse of this group is to share common problems, solutions and provide opportunities for networking and learning.  The group meets quarterly and meetings typically include some training along with discussion around issues concerning health centers. 

Topics discussed have included: credentialing, FMLA, ADA, Staff orientation, Exit interviewing, Harrasement in the workplace, Performance evaluations, HR policies and procedures.  One meeting annually is devoted exclusively to Recruitment and Retention issues.
